Tele-dental Consultation
Tele-dental consultations are great for families who want to go deeper and learn about oral health and how to optimise it, from a clinician who works with children and has a special interest in functional, holistic and preventative dentistry.
*These consultations aren't meant to diagnose or clinically treat oral health issues - they aren't intended to replace in-person appointments, but can be a good guide if you're trying to find the root cause of an existing diagnosis, or want to prevent poor oral health.
*Private Health Insurance does not cover tele-dentistry.

Home Check-up & Clean
This includes:
- A thorough history of your childs general and oral health
- A functional, holistic assessment of their teeth, tongue, airways and other soft tissues
- Analysis of their diet and nutrition advice
- Oral home care guidance
- Preventative advice
- Removal of soft and hard build up
- Enamel remineralisation treatment
- These services are covered by Private Health Insurance and Medicare Child Dental Benefits (for eligible children)
$100-$250 plus travel
Orofacial Myology
Orofacial myology is essentially personal training or physio for the muscles in the mouth and face.
When our muscles aren't functioning as they should be, they can influence the growth and development of our facial structure, airways, jaws and jaw joint.
Common issues linked to muscular dysfunction that oral myology can help address:
- mouth breathing
- small jaws and crowded teeth
- speech impediments
- swallow patterns
- tongue tie
- low muscle tone
- thumb sucking & other oral habits

Children's Tooth Fairy Talks
Tooth Fairy Talks are child friendly, educational play dates with Kristen, who is a children's Oral Health Therapist.
These talks will teach children about the importance of teeth and how to take care of them in a fun and interactive way.
They are suitable for children aged 3-8 and can be done at Childcare Centres, Schools or at a private, hosted location.
These talks are great for children who are unwillingly to look after their teeth. When it comes from the Tooth Fairy, they are more likely to listen!

Travel Costs
Are calculated based on the time it takes me to get to your home from Buderim, Sunshine Coast.
Zone 1: 0-15 minutes = $25
Zone 2: 16-30 minutes = $50
Zone 3: 31-45 minutes = $75
This fee cannot be claimed through medicare or private health.

Given my business is mobile, I spend a lot of time planning out my days to allow for maximum people to access this service in the most logistically effective way possible.
However, I understand that things come up. 24 hours notice will be required to avoid a cancellation fee of $90.
Claiming Private Health and Medicare
Each private health fund is different, so depending on who you are with, you may or may not be able to claim for my services. If your child is eligible for medicare child dental benefits (CDBS), you will be able to claim up to your cap. The difference will need to be paid out of pocket on the day.
An invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours of completing treatment and you will need to process the claim manually. Payment is expected the day of treatment, or within 48 hours if your child was treated at school/daycare.
